Lauren Larry is a dedicated wellness professional who brings together movement, nutrition, and social justice to create accessible, empowering spaces for healing.
As a 6-time marathon runner , 1 ultramarathon finisher and 15-time half-marathon finisher: Lauren understands the deep connection between endurance, body mechanics, and sustainable self-care. They weave this expertise into every yoga, Pilates, barre, and ballet class—designing fitness programs that meet each client where they are.
Lauren’s approach is simple yet powerful: movement should be inclusive, nutrition should be nourishing, and wellness should be rooted in justice. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, their programs emphasize accessibility, empowerment, and community.
